coaching

Coaching with Kylie has really impacted me and changed my life in a wonderful way. It’s like I have a new magic mirror, a way of seeing myself with new eyes. I’m coming away from our sessions with specific tools to use, but I also have a better feel for my own ability to discern and choose my direction and path. I’ll think of our sessions when I paint, when I travel, all the time. The time I spent in coaching with Kylie has been an incredible gift.

If you’ve found your way here, I’m willing to bet that you’re smart, beautiful and creative. That you’re funny and likeable, and that your ideas are nothing short of genius.

I’m also willing to bet that you don’t know it.

And because you don’t know just how [insert incredibly positive adjective here] you are, you don’t do the things you want to do. At least not without a lot of pain and doubt and general discomfort. At best, you feel like something in your life just isn’t quite right. At worst, you think you deserve to be unhappy and unfulfilled.

I know. I’ve been there.

I’m here to tell you that things can get way, way better. Yes, it’s possible to like yourself. Yes, it’s possible to do those things you want to do. Yes, it’s possible to share yourself with the world without constantly thinking that everybody hates me, and instead knowing that I’m making their world a better place to be.

I’m also here to help you get there. There being where you want to be.

As a coach, I act as your guide in finding your effervescence and sharing it with the world in a way that works for you. We meet by Skype (minus the video) or phone, usually once per week, for 45 minutes. We talk about your hopes and dreams and fears, and we gently work through your obstacles.

Kylie’s positive, calm attitude during coaching allowed me to settle into the space and focus during our sessions. She was especially empathetic in regards to my thoughts and feelings, which enabled me to create realistic goals for myself. After only a few sessions, I felt more confident and realized that finding a job was actually possible for me.

Kylie Springman is just one of the sweetest souls I ever did meet. On reading her words or seeing her smile or having a chat, you sense her full attention, her active listening, her complete understanding, and all the support she has to give. She has that wonderful ability to make you feel like you’re the only person in the room, and that you have someone that cares about you. Kylie’s the introspective friend/coach/confidant that an extrovert like me needs, respects, and admires. Oh, and have I mentioned that she’s smart and makes the best brunch in all of Brooklyn? Because that’s all the truth. I already love her as an author, a photographer, and a friend — I know that, as a coach, she’ll deliver in spades.

 How to Begin:

If you’re ready to begin working with me as a coach, the first step is to email me (kylie.springman@gmail.com) to schedule a free thirty-minute consultation, where we’ll figure out whether we’d be a good fit for one another.

If we’re a fit, then we’ll determine whether Tiny Bubbles or Magic School will work best for you.

Kylie has an incredible ability to create safe and nurturing spaces around her, whether you’re in the same room or talking on the phone from 1000 miles away. Before I started coaching with her, I thought the idea of my starting a creative business was completely ridiculous. Who on earth would be interested in buying my things? Now I’m a professional painter whose client base is growing slowly but surely each day. I feel like I’m living my passion and that I could never again settle for anything less.

Kylie is one of the kindest, gentlest souls I’ve ever met — and one of only a handful of people I know that I can say honestly, truly know how to listen. She has a compassion and empathy that make you feel an instant connection with her, while her striking insights and observations really get to the heart of the topic at hand.

- Lauren Falkowski | Lola Falk Designs | New York

Kylie is one of the most intuitive people I have ever met. An incredible listener, Kylie has the gift of seeing into the soul of everyone she encounters and offers wisdom without judgement. She’s proof that beauty can exist both inside and out on every level.
